How old?
How long ya been with AAO?
Any other clan affiliation?
Are you fully qualified(completed all training) in Americas Army?
Favorite map?
Favorite weapon?
Are you willing to go thru the probation period before getting the Admin rights and the tag?
Last but not least,would you use your Admin rights for good or evil? You need a long fuse to be a good Admin,not to mention a forgiving heart,and the common sense just to act on insinct and ban a prick outright.
However the other night you threatened to have a player banned on the Snakplain server and I was wondering what he did to warrant that,For the record,I was playing in the site but didn't witness anything.
It usualy takes blatent disregaurd for the rules or the Admin and a couple of warnings to get banned.
Anyway my favorite map is Snakeplain then Bridge SE and Interdiction,I am fully trained and like to be Squad leader or POW on Snakplain then Snipe on Bridge and SAW in Interdiction as well as Medic all the time,which usually gets me killed.
All that stuff aside as an Admin with the 381st we TRY to help new or young players as much as we can,it's hard I agree but still we want to bring in new recruits to the clan,like you!
We try and take dumb things with a grain salt and teach them not to do that again on OUR servers anyway or ELSE..
SilverGhost has it right on the Original Server with"We welcome the new and young players"and I agree but when stupidity or arrogance jumps out you need to get out the ban stick!
All my rants aside,we'll let ya know about membership very soon,and about the probation as well.
In closing there are several "Friends of the 381st"that have Admin Rights and don't use them but report the goings on our servers.

the player on sf snakeplain was stealing humvees and driving away, wasting h2 ammo, and being disrespectfull. if i were to have banned him it would have been for 48 hours.
